Congrats to Aaron and Bob also. I am happy that TM is a great powerplant for short track AND long track. I didn't know Bob was back in town or is he still in FL? I will be updating web site soon with new low cost upgrades for the TM ICC. Dan and I are finding out that there is much to be gained 'below' the cylinder base gasket! I'll keep you posted

Thanks Tom. TM K9's had and excellent weekend at Putnam with Aaron Jones winning Saturday's WKA 125 Shifter 1 and me winning Sunday. Bob Anderson nabbed 2nd place both days in his TM Moto. TM's rock. I think I would havd given Aaron a good run on Saturday. I was leading when my clutch went. My fault. I had the clutch cable too tight but I learned some things form that and will move on to New Jersey Motorsports Park and a shot at the tiyle next month. Mad Money Racing (me and Bob) want to thank you for your support and advice Tom. You've kept us on track and fast.

Hi tom,im buying n icc k9b,but the previous owner dont have a clue of the size of the piston currently in the motor, how do i know what size to buy to replace the top end along with the thickness of the base gasket?thank u Admin reply: Hi Joe, Look at top of piston. It i stock at 53.93mm. Oversizes come in 53.94, 53.95 etc. Base gaskets come from .2 mm to .5mm in .1mm increments. The site has a lot of TM info. Feel free to ask questions so that you can get started off right.

just to clarify, no, the idle speed screw doesn't cause any change in speed. The minimum opening of the tv to idle properly is being done by adjusting the throttle cable end point. By the way, transition and top end are ok. But something must be wrong with idle circut, don't you think? Admin reply: Yes, I believe there may be something wrong with idle/air screw. If the other crcuits are correct the idle/air should affect idle speed somewhat when turning in or out.
